At Zeldap Natural, we are committed to providing 100% natural products of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.

Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used personal care products (creams, oils, hair care, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@zeldapnatural.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please email us at contact@zeldapnatural.com with a photo of the item and order details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the original buyer.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you are returning an item over 200 MAD, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
